Everything was simply perfect. I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and ideal. A nice size room with a whirlpool tub, I had a lovely stay. This accommodation had a very central setting very close to the beach. I had an excellent experience at Holiday Inn Express Holland. The hotel was clean and ideal, with a lovely room that included a whirlpool tub. Its central location close to the beach made my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was perfect, I recommend. Overall it was a real good stay for my family vacation. I booked a good-sized and newly decorated room complete with a whirlpool tub, clean comfy beds, jacuzzi. The hotel was in a very central setting close to downtown:)))

We like the looks of the Holiday Inn and how relaxing it was. The pool and the Hot tub were great. Location is very nice also.

The room was really nice, pretty spacious, and even had a cool whirlpool tub. It had everything I needed 🛀. The staff worked hard and went out of their way to assist me, which I appreciated a lot.

As selected above, everything was very nice at the hotel and I would recommend it to others only if they did not use Booked.net to make their reservations.

That they sold rooms to Booked.net to resell. I will not be using Booked.net again for any hotel. We had a family emergency that came up less than 24 hours before the reservation and after talking with the hotel and Booked.net support we were stuck paying two thirds the total cost of the bill as a penalty if we canceled. Feeling extremely guilty, we went ahead and changed from two nights to one night which we thought was going to cost us half as much, but then learned that they (the Booked.net agreement) is written that the majority of the cost is paid on the first night. Not at all what I expected. We ended up paying slightly over two thirds of the two night cost for one night. I felt that we were severely taken advantage of in that situation. I completely understand rules, contracts and agreements, but this incident was taking it too far. I will not be using the Booked.net service again, regardless the amount of money saved, and will happy to voice my opinion unless Booked.net makes an effort to show that they have any concerns at all about the issue. I will however choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Holland, mi again, and will be happy to pay more money for the stay.
